KINGDOM HEALTH FOUNDATION
I officially founded the Kingdom Health Foundation in 2023, but the Lord had been forming it in my life and heart for years. Currently, it is in the beginning stages with two parts: a ministry (The Kingdom Health Foundation) and a business (Kingdom Health, LLC).
The Kingdom Health Foundation

Still in its early stages, The Kingdom Health Foundation is a ministry dedicated to encouraging and equipping Christians to fight and win the battle for health in the war for souls. We are Temples of God’s Holy Spirit. We have work to do. We have a purpose. There is rest for us, here and now. We want to encourage and equip you to live this out abundantly. The enemy tries to make it seem complicated, but its really not.

ABOUT JODY CROW
My inspiration in Kingdom Health is from Ezra, who encouraged the Israelites to live out the word of the Lord by studying it, living it, and teaching it (Ezra 7:10) while they were rebuilding the temple of the Lord. I want to do the same with people who are rebuilding the temple of the Holy Spirit in which they live.
When I hear people say “I don’t know where I’d be if it wasn’t for Jesus.”, I always pull my breath in a little, because I know EXACTLY where I would have been without Jesus and the people He put into my life! I could have been alone in Montana, dead from attempts at suicide, on the streets in Las Vegas, or on long-term disability. I definitely wouldn’t be loving Jesus and working on Kingdom Health in this home with my persevering husband or close to my loving children and grandchildren, the beautiful young women God has given me to mentor, life-long friends, and our amazing church family.
I didn’t have a horrible life. Overall, my life has been pretty amazing. Looking back, the common denominator of all the struggles in my life was the battle for good health. It kept getting the best of me.
Even after surrendering to Christ, I just couldn’t seem to win the battle for health.
I’ve asked all the why questions: Why did the world’s answers about my health not heal me? Why did it take so long to be free from anxiety after I was saved? Why is sugar my doorway to hell? Why can I write a research paper, but I can’t remember to turn the oven off?
Growing up, I learned the stories about God and Jesus, but I didn’t know there was a war going on for my soul. I didn’t learn about God’s perfect love that casts out all fear or that I could have a relationship with Him. I did learn those things in the church. But in the church, I didn’t learn that the battle for my health was part of the war for souls. I didn’t learn how intricately connected our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health were. Then the Lord started teaching me these things and commissioned me to teach others. And here we are!
I surrendered my life to Christ in 2004 in my car at 2nd and Waco in Wichita at the end of Chip Ingram’s radio show. My children were four and two. I look back and realize, though, that God had been pursuing me long before that. He had put people in my life who prayed for me, encouraged me, and helped me long before I ever acknowledged Him as Lord or Savior. He made me an engineer, and it seems to me that He designed my entire engineering career to lead to everything I am doing now.
Like I said, I’m a licensed engineer, but I retired from full-time engineering in 2022. I spent the first part of my career in technical sales and marketing where I learned public speaking and how to serve and encourage people. The last 10 years were in the ethanol industry designing a method that helps ethanol plants simplify the huge task of writing operating procedures. I learned a lot about the process of making ethanol, which is incredibly similar to how our digestive system works. Throughout all of it, I was always analyzing and improving processes. That’s what I do know, but with the processes of the human body. Isn’t He just amazing how He works all things together!?! I love to understand the complexity of something and then take it and make it simple for others. I love to research something late into the night that will help someone overcome a hurdle on their health journey. I love to teach and write. Mostly, though, I just want to get as many people to heaven with me as possible, and I want other Christians to be running with me at full speed!

ABOUT OUR KHF LOGO
The Kingdom Health logo is a shield and a pokeberry plant. The shield is kind of a no-brainer in the theme of battle and a war. The pokeberry, however, was something I had never even heard of until I started praying about the logo.
A few months earlier, the Lord had given me a dream about Kingdom Health. I was shaking a huge tree, in girth and height. It was full of purple berries. I had to shake really hard though. When the purple berries started falling off, I started gathering them with a very small bucket. In the dream I was told to get a much larger bucket. As I prayed about the meaning of the dream, it had several distinct messages. 1) The message of Kingdom Health was going to be one for which I was going to have to shake really hard. In other words, it might not be well received by everyone in the church. It’s not an easy one. 2) The general audience of Kingdom Health is Christians already producing fruit. 3) That the fruit of Kingdom Health was going to be more than what a little bucket could gather. I didn’t know, though, exactly what the specific fruit was.
So, as I prayed about the logo and googled “purple fruit”, the pokeberry caught my attention. It wasn’t a berry on a big tree, but it was purple. I fell in love with it as the fruit to represent Kingdom Health because a pokeberry plant could be called a controversial plant when it comes to health. By many ancient healing traditions and some current healing modalities, it’s root, which is a deep reddish purple, is used as a medicinal plant, mostly for purifying blood. However, the seed of it’s fruit is poisonous and it can grow quickly and wildly, so many people, especially in the western world, see it as a bad thing, or at the very least nothing of importance and a noxious weed. I thought “WOW! That is a perfect representation of so much going on in the world of health right now!”
Then, as if God put His exclamation point on this decision….in the backyard of the new-to-us home the Lord provided for me and Michael last year are a ton of pokeberry plants! (Most of which will have to go away because of their location and abundance.) But I just love the myriad of ways our Abba confirms things. Isn’t He amazing!?!?!)
