One acre of land has been purchased adjacent to the Nehemia Ministries Compound on which we live. This enables us to share certain facilities to our joint advantage.

The land cost KES1,100,000 ($NZ16,000, $US11,000) for the acre block.

Ideally we would like to future proof the land by an early purchase of another acre with direct access to a relatively main road. Eventually, a further 3 acre block is likely to become available to complete a 5 acre corner block.

There is a further 3 acres we would wish to purchase in the future, to give us a full corner block.
